You may cancel your appointment up to 3 days before the scheduled date.
After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
To initiate a cancellation:

Refund Policy
Upon successful cancellation, a refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 7 business days. If your appointment is rescheduled due to the unavailability of the doctor, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative date.
